We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our product. To make the process of resolving this situation easier for you, we have written a few points for you here.
 
 

If you are not satisfied with the product, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract by law. In practice, this means that if you have received a product that does not fit you or is not according to your ideas, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery (in the original packaging, unworn) and we will refund your money.

How to return? Simply. First of all prior to your actions contact us about your issue via email info@wayana.eu, then safely pack the non-compliant product in the original packaging, enclose the completed Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement form and send it to the address:

Be sure to include the correct order number and check that the bank account number is correct. If everything goes smoothly, we will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal from the purchase agreement. In case of discrepancies, we will contact you by e-mail provided when ordering.

 

COMPLAINT

If a sudden defect appears in your Wayana product, this may be a reason for a complaint. How to do it? You have two options. Either stop by the product at one of our dispensaries, where our skilled employees will inspect the product and advise you on the next steps, or send it to us with a completed complaint protocol. But before that, do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail: info@wayana.eu and attach photos of the defect. You will be sure that the defect is the reason for a successful complaint and thus save your time.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, excessive use or improper treatment of the product. At the same time, resolve complaints without delay as soon as you find a defect, so that there is no delay and its possible extension.
